“If I were writing a haiku and could only use three words to portray Cameron Bierwith, they would be as follows: compassion, tenacity & brawn.” - Cam

If you were to ask Cameron what the Marina meant to him, he would say, “it is a melting pot of individuals driving forward social evolution and business prosperity,” and Cameron has assured us he embodies both of these.

Cam Bierwith had a humbling start, being raised by a local blue-collar family in the East Bay. By the time Cam was in middle school, he was waking up at 4 AM before classes to work at the Forge and learn the family trade. After class, Cameron did not go home; instead, he spent hours rowing in the Alameda Estuary as he had his sights on an athletic scholarship that would one day get him into college. Cam earned a scholarship to Syracuse University where he excelled not just in athletics but also in academics. After Syracuse and Olympic trials, Cam went on to win Rookie of the year at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate in San Francisco.

Cam’s teammates, coworkers, and friends see him as a leader, a role model, and a true bro. He is the guy at Equinox who spots you when you’re failing and then invites you to a party. He is the guy who spends all day Saturday working in the office only to get off and go support his local community by frequenting Palm House, Jaxson and Balboa. He is the guy you want your daughter to marry, the man you want your son to be, and the coworker you want on your team.
