As a fourth generation San Franciscan, it's safe to say Armand is no stranger to the Marina. While Armand enjoys the Marina bro life as much as the next guy, there's more than meets the eye. Raised by a single mother who leaned heavily on family and friends to help with a young Armand. His story if one of community, love, and unity.
People, connection, and passion are at the root of Armand's values, which are exemplified by his love of community. A student at the University of San Francisco, his roots and love for fitness first led him to Lululemon, where community, connection, and having fun are their shared values. Combining two of Armand's passions - community and fitness - he was introduced to Barry's Bootcamp and the rest is history. He became a Barry's and Bruncher Friday-Sunday at Sabrosa (RIP) and eventually became an instructor who loves what he does and those who he effects.
